I am happy to share that our work WindTunnel was accepted to appear at VLDB 2022! WindTunnel is a system that translates a trained ML pipeline into a pipeline of DNN modules and jointly optimizes the DNN modules using backpropagation. This work is led by my student Gyeong-In Yu, and it is joint work with Microsoft, CMU, and ETH Zurich.
