REEF's approved as an Apache Top-Level Project.Congrats to all the REEF team members! This's the first Apache project that started from SNU with collaboration with Microsoft and others. Currently there are only three Apache Top-level projects that have major contribution from committers from Korea. Our lab has 8 REEF PMC members.
